Tofacitinib Extended Release Tablets 11 mg

TOFACICARE ER 11 contains the active ingredient: Tofacitinib, a Janus Kinase (JAK) inhibitor formulated as an extended-release tablet for once-daily dosing.

INDICATIONS:

Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA)

Psoriatic Arthritis (PsA)

Ulcerative Colitis (UC)

Reduces joint pain, swelling, and inflammation

Improves physical function and prevents disease progression

(Use only as prescribed by a physician.)

MECHANISM OF ACTION:

Tofacitinib works by inhibiting Janus Kinase (JAK) enzymes, which play a key role in the inflammatory process.
By blocking these pathways, it reduces immune-mediated inflammation, helping control symptoms of autoimmune disorders.

DOSAGE:

1 Tablet (11 mg) once daily,
or as directed by the physician.
Swallow whole. Do not crush, split, or chew.
