NEBOVOL-AM is a combination of 2 medicinal ingredients: Nebivolol & amlodipine.

This combination is generally used to treat Hypertension and other cardiovascular disorders.

Hypertension

Arrhythmia

MECHANISM OF ACTION:

Nebivolol is in a class of medications called beta blockers. It works by relaxing blood vessels and slowing heart rate to improve blood flow and decrease blood pressure.

Amlodipine is a calcium channel blocker and inhibits the movement of calcium ions into vascular smooth muscle cells and cardiac muscle cells which inhibits the contraction of cardiac muscle and vascular smooth muscle cells.

DOSAGE: 1 Tablet once or twice a day, or as directed by the physician.

Maximum dose- Nebivolol: 40 mg/day & Amlodipine: 10 mg/day.
