Hydroquinone 2% , Mometasone Furoate 0.1% and Tretinoin 0.025% cream.

HYDRA-SENSE is a combination of three medicines: Hydroquinone , Mometasone and Tretinoin.

This Combination is generally used for the treatment of a skin condition called:

Melasma (Kindly Highlight this)

(A skin condition characterized by brown or blue-gray patches or freckle-like spots.)

MECHANISM OF ACTION:

Hydroquinone is a skin lightening medicine. It reduces the amount of a skin pigment (melanin) that causes darkening of skin.

Mometasone is a steroid which blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the skin red, swollen and itchy.

Tretinoin is a form of vitamin A that helps the skin to renew itself more quickly.

HOW TO USE:

Take a small amount of the product and apply it across the entire area of the skin. Wash the hands before and after its use.
