Pregabalin 75 mg Duloxetine 20 mg Capsules.

PRENEURON D-20 is a combination of two medicinal compounds:

1- Pregabalin

2 – Duloxetine

This combination of medicines is generally used for the treatment of Neuropathic pain.

INDICATIONS:

Nerve Pain Caused By Diabetes

Shingles

Fibromyalgia

Spinal Cord Injuries.

MECHANISM OF ACTION:

Pregabalin is an alpha 2 delta ligand which decreases pain by modulating calcium channel activity of the nerve cells.

Duloxetine is a serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor (SNRI) which increases the levels of chemical messengers (serotonin and noradrenaline) that stop the movement of pain signals in the brain.

Together, they relieve neuropathic pain (pain from damaged nerves).

DOSAGE:

1 – 2 Capsules a day, depending on the condition of the patient or as directed by the physician.
