Dolaxine plus is the combination 3 medicinal compounds

Doxylamine succinate,

Pyridoxine hydrochloride

Folic acid.

The combination is generally used to treat nausea/vomiting & other allergic conditions Doxylamine is in a class of medications called antihistamines. Pyridoxine & Folic acid are Vitamin B6 & B9 respectively

MECHANISM OF ACTION-

Doxylamine is an antihistamine medicine that reduces nausea and vomiting by inhibiting histaminergic signalling to the vomiting centre in the medulla.

Pyridoxine (Vit-B6) & Folic acid (Vit-B9) helps in boosting the immunity and fights diseases.

DOSAGE-

Initial dose: 2 tablets orally once a day at bedtime, or As directed by the physician.
