NAPOLONE-DH is a combination of two analgesic medicines DOMPERIDONE+NAPROXEN

This combination is generally used to treat pain in conditions like:

Migraine

Rheumatoid arthritis

Gout

Dysmenorrhea (Menstrual pain)

MECHANISM OF ACTION:

Naproxen inhibits the COX-1 and COX-2 enzymes, leading to a reduction in the production of prostaglandin

By decreasing prostaglandin synthesis, naproxen effectively reduces inflammation and pain, making it particularly useful for conditions like arthritis, tendonitis, and other musculoskeletal disorder.

DOSAGE:

1 Tablet once or twice a day, or as directed by the physician.
