Actiflox MR (Aceclofenac 100 mg / Paracetamol 325 mg / Chlorzoxazone 250 mg)

Actiflox MR is a combination of Aceclofenac, Paracetamol, and Chlorzoxazone.

This medicine is used for the treatment of pain, inflammation, and muscle spasms associated with musculoskeletal disorders, as directed by a physician.

INDICATIONS:

Musculoskeletal pain and inflammation

Muscle spasms and stiffness

Osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis

MECHANISM OF ACTION:

Aceclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that inhibits cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes, reducing prostaglandin synthesis, which alleviates pain and inflammation.

Paracetamol is an analgesic and antipyretic that acts centrally in the brain to relieve pain and reduce fever.

Chlorzoxazone is a centrally acting muscle relaxant that helps relieve muscle spasms and associated discomfort.

Together, they provide effective pain relief, anti-inflammatory action, and muscle relaxation.

DOSAGE:

1 tablet twice daily, or as directed by the physician, depending on the patient?s condition.
