Aceclofenac 100 mg

Tizanidine 2 mg

Dosage Form: Tablet

Therapeutic Category: Analgesic, Muscle Relaxant

Indications:

Relief of pain and inflammation in musculoskeletal disorders

Management of muscle spasms

Mechanism of Action:

Aceclofenac: A non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that inhibits prostaglandin synthesis, reducing pain and inflammation.

Tizanidine: A centrally acting muscle relaxant that reduces spasticity by inhibiting motor neurons in the spinal cord.

Dosage & Administration:

As directed by the physician.

Usually 1 tablet twice daily after meals (or as prescribed).

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to Aceclofenac, Tizanidine, or other NSAIDs

Severe hepatic or renal impairment

Pregnancy and lactation (consult physician)

Side Effects:

Nausea, dizziness, drowsiness

Gastrointestinal discomfort

Rare: hypotension, liver enzyme changes
