Ebastine 10mg tablets

Ebastine belongs to a class of medicines called H1 receptor Antagonists. This medication is generally used to treat a number of Allergic conditions.

INDICATION :

Seasonal allergies like Hay fever

Seasonal allergic rhinitis (stuffy nose)

Idiopathic chronic urticaria (skin rash)

Conjunctivitis (eye allergies).

MECHANISM OF ACTION :

EBATSIX (Ebastine) is an antihistamine medication which is used in the treatment of allergic conditions. It treats allergy symptoms such as itching, swelling etc. by blocking the effects of a chemical messenger histamine.

(Histamine is an organic nitrogenous compound which is involved in the initiation of allergic responses in the body)

DOSAGE : 10 to 20 mg/day or as directed by the physician
