KYRAMBOL M1 is a combination of 2 medicines : Glimepiride & Metformin

This combination is generally used to treat Type 2 diabetes mellitus in Adults.

INDICATIONS:

Type-2 Diabetes Mellitus.

Minor kidney disorders.

MECHANISM OF ACTION:

Glimepiride is a sulfonylurea which works by increasing the amount of insulin released by the pancreas to lower the blood glucose.

Metformin is a biguanide which lowers glucose production in the liver, delays glucose absorption from intestines and increases the body’s sensitivity to insulin.

DOSAGE:

1 Tablet once or twice a day or as directed by the physician.

MAX DOSE:

METFORMIN – 2250 mg/day
