Description:
KYTOLT-2/4 (Tolterodine Tartrate) is an antimuscarinic agent used in the management of overactive bladder.

Indications:
? Overactive bladder
? Urinary urgency, frequency, and urge incontinence

Mechanism of Action:
Tolterodine competitively blocks muscarinic receptors in the bladder, reducing detrusor muscle contractions. This increases bladder capacity and decreases episodes of urgency and urinary incontinence.

Dosage:
The usual recommended dose is 2 mg twice daily or as directed by the physician.
