NAPOLONE S+ is a combination of two medicines: Sumatriptan and Naproxen.

This combination is generally used for the treatment of migraine.

INDICATIONS:

It helps to relieve:-

Migraine

Symptoms related to migraine such as: nausea, vomiting, sensitivity to light/sound.

Headache

MECHANISM OF ACTION:

Sumatriptan is a selective 5HT1-receptor agonist which relieves headache by narrowing the widened blood vessels in the head.

Naproxen is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) which blocks the release of certain chemical messengers and decreases general inflammation and pain caused due to migraine.

DOSAGE:

1 Tablet once or twice a day, or as directed by the physician.
