OLTERO CH Tablet is a combination of medicines used to treat hypertension (high blood pressure) when a single medication is not effective. It helps lower high blood pressure, thus reducing the chances of future heart attack and stroke.

INDICATIONS:

Reduces strain on the heart and helps prevent heart failure

Protects kidneys, especially in people with diabetes or high blood pressure
Helps control hypertension to reduce heart and stroke risk.

MECHANISM OF ACTION:

Olmesartan Medoxomil is an angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB) and Cilnidipine is a calcium channel blocker (CCB). They work by widening and relaxing the blood vessels, thereby lowering blood pressure. Chlorthalidone is a diuretic which removes extra water and certain electrolytes from the body through urine

DOSAGE:

Take one tablet once daily, or as directed by the physician.
