PANTODIX-DSR is a combination of two medicines:-

Domperidone and Pantoprazole.

INDICATIONS:

Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD)

Stomach ulcers

Heartburn

Peptic Ulcer(Off-label)

MECHANISM OF ACTION:

(PANTODIX-DSR) Pantoprazole is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) that prevents the secretion of excess gastric acid that leads to reduction in irritation produced in the inner lining of the stomach.

Domperidone blocks dopamine receptors in the gut that results in increased esophageal and gastric movement, such that food moves more quickly through the stomach and into the intestine. This helps prevent vomiting and reduces feelings of sickness, bloating and fullness.

DOSAGE:

General Dose: One tablet once a day, or as directed by the doctor.
