Rabeprazole Sodium Enteric Coated 20 mg & Domperidone Sustained Release 30mg Capsules

RADIZOLE-DSR is a combination of two medicinal compounds: Rabeprazole + Domperidone.

This combination is used to treat acidity and heartburn or gastroesophageal reflux disease

INDICATIONS:

Gastroesophageal reflux disease (acid ref lux).

Intestinal ulcers

Irritable bowel syndrome.

Peptic Ulcers

MECHANISM OF ACTION:

Rabeprazole is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI). It works by reducing the amount of acid in the stomach which helps in the relief of acid-related indigestion and ulcers.

Domperidone blocks dopamine receptors in the gut that results in increased esophageal and gastric movement, such that food moves more quickly through the stomach and into the intestine. This helps prevent vomiting and reduces feelings of sickness, bloating and fullness.

DOSAGE:

1 Capsule once a day or as directed by the physician.
