ISABGOL HUSK : Isabgol also known as psyllium husk is a dietary fibre that helps to increase stool and promote laxation. It is one of the most commonly used home remedies for constipation.

SONAMUKHI : is used in the treatment of constipation. It stimulates intestinal peristalsis and helps in proper bowel evacuation.

HARAD : Harad is rich in vitamin C, iron, manganese, selenium, copper

AMALTAS : Consuming Amaltas fruit pulp paste along with warm water helps to manage constipation due to its laxative property.

MULETHI : Improves digestion

SAUNF : Saunf is chiefly used in Ayurvedic medicine to treat digestive ailments
