Sertraline Hydrochloride Tablets 50/100 mg.

SERTAPEACE (Sertraline Hydrochloride) belongs to a class of medications called selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs). This medication is generally used for the treatment of certain mental disorders like Depression and Anxiety.

INDICATIONS:

Depression

Panic Attacks

Obsessive Compulsive Disorder

Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder

Social Anxiety Disorder (Social Phobia)

Premenstrual Syndrome (Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder).

MECHANISM OF ACTION:

SERTAPEACE (Sertraline) is a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) antidepressant. It works by increasing the levels of serotonin, a chemical messenger in the brain. This improves mood and physical symptoms of depression and also relieves symptoms of obsessive-compulsive disorder, panic disorder, premenstrual dysphoric disorder, and anxiety.

DOSAGE:

1 Tablet once a day or as directed by the doctor.

Maximum Dose- Usually not more than 200mg/day
