INDICATION :

Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).

Erectile dysfunction (impotence)

Tadalafil is also used to treat pulmonary hypertension (high blood pressure in the lungs).

MECHANISM OF ACTION :

TADALIX (Tadalafil) is a phosphodiesterase (PDE-5) inhibitor.

In benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), it helps relax the muscles in the prostate gland and the bladder to relieve urinary symptoms.

In erectile dysfunction, it works by increasing blood flow to the penis by relaxing the muscles in penile blood vessels.

Tadalafil used to treat pulmonary hypertension (high blood pressure in the lungs) by relaxing the blood vessels in the chest. Therefore, it increases the blood supply to the lungs and decreases the workload of the heart.

DOSAGE : The dose range varies from 2.5 mg to 20 mg/day, Or as Directed by the Physician.
