MECHANISM OF ACTION :

UXETINE (fluoxetine) is a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) antidepressant. It works by increasing the levels of serotonin, a chemical messenger in the brain. This improves mood and physical symptoms of depression and also relieves symptoms of panic and obsessive disorders.This medication may improve your mood, sleep, appetite, and energy level and may help restore your interest in daily living.

DOSAGE :

A dose range of 20 to 60 mg/day or as directed by the physician.
